Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photo proof.
Once verified, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many DinoNest items are prepared specifically for each order, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Please make sure to double-check your selected:
- Size
- Color
- Shipping address
before placing your order.
We Do Not Offer Refunds If:
- The wrong size or color was selected
- An incorrect shipping address was entered
- The customer changed their mind after purchase
- The product was used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Order Changes
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery.
If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing the order.
After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.
Order Cancellations
Once an order enters processing, cancellations are no longer possible.
EU Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- the item is unused,
- in original condition,
- and the order has not been customized or specially processed.
